| | such as a sandwich, however for my

| amounts of exercise.I have always been

| | evening meal I could eat whatever I

| annoyed and frustrated with family and

| | wanted. The main thing and most difficult

| friends who seem to be able to eat

| | to implement would be the fact that I
|
| without getting fat. I am sure I eat half

| | would be no longer eating between meals.

| was until a couple of years ago.I decided

| weight. I had to be honest with myself, I

| | the car at home, wherever possible, and

| was aware that I did very little exercise

| | walk to more places. I also started

| and that I liked all of the wrong types

| | taking my children to the park more

| of food. I was a bit of a fast food

| | often. At the park we would play games

| junkie, this was only because of my busy

| | such as football, cricket and baseball.

| as peanuts, chocolate and crisps. I also

| | helped me to lose a lot of my excess

| liked an alcohol as this helped me to
